Summary

Watch two very innovative tricuspid cases you've never seen before:

  • Part 1: TR replacement
An 82-year-old male with chronic atrial fibrillation and completely PM dependent for 27 years, presents a symptomatic torrential TR and an enlarged annulus with a great gap. The operators implanted for the first time in Europe, a 55 mm Lux-Valve dedicated to tricuspid valve, by a jugular approach (33Fr) and TEE guidance with no rapid pacing.
  • Part 2: TR repair
A 73-year-old female, with history of surgical ASD repair 12 years ago, PCI (RCA and LAD ) 3 years ago and atrial fibrillation, present a symptomatic massiveTR (4+). Operators implant, by jugular approach and TEE + TTE guidance, 2 K-clip which are new tricuspid annuloplasty devices on postero septal and antero posterior annulus.
