TAV-in-TAV in complex situations

Session comprising selected EuroPCR 2024 Clinical Case submissions

Facilitators: R. Moreno, C. Tamburino

Summary

This session comprises selected EuroPCR 2024 Clinical Case submissions focused on TAVI-in-TAVI procedures in complex situations. It covers various case presentations and discussions, including re-do TAVI with the risk of acute coronary obstruction, expanding possibilities in TAVR-in-TAVR with the mid-leaflet implantation technique, transcatheter valve-in-valve in self-expanding valves, TAVI valve-in-valve in complex anatomy, urgent TAVI in degenerated transcatheter aortic valve degeneration, and the need for a tailored approach in treating evolut valve failure using redo-TAVR.

Presentations available when logged in:

  • Re-do TAVI with a risk of acute coronary obstruction
  • Transcatheter valve-in-valve in self-expanding valve: do we "shut the door" to the coronaries ?
  • TAVI valve-in-valve in complex anatomy
  • Urgent TAVI in degenerated transcatheter aortic valve degeneration: when planning is not enough
  • Treatment of evolut valve failure using redo-TAVR: the need for a tailored approach
  • Redo TAVI with Abbott Navitor in a Medtronic Evolut R with restenosis
  • TAVI valve-in-valve chimney stent: where is the stent?
