Corrado Tamburino
EDUCATION RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEETING ORGANISATION
- Prof. Corrado Tamburino graduated from University of Catania in 1982 and finished his postgraduate training in Cardiology and interventional Cardiology at the University of Catania in 1991.
- Since 1st November 2001, he is full Professor of Cardiology at the Cardiology Institute and Cardiovascular Department of the University of Catania.
- Since August 2005, he is Director of Cardio – Thorax and Vascular Department – Policlinico Vittorio Emanuele - University Hospital. He is member of the PCR London Valve Board and was a member of 2013-2014 TCT Board of Directors.
- His interest spans complex coronary interventions, structural heart disease interventions (TAVI – Mitraclip – Parachute – Cardioband) and device innovations.
