Treatment and prognostic stratification of ACS patients with cardiogenic shock

Facilitators: A. Lansky, G. Musumeci

Summary

This session focuses on treatment and prognostic stratification in ACS patients complicated by cardiogenic shock. Topics include mechanical CPR device performance, SCAI shock grade dynamics, hemorrhagic event predictors, ECMO-related strategies, and evaluation of BCIS conveyance algorithms for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.

Presentations available when logged in:

  • In vivo analysis of hemodynamic performance of two mechanical cardiopulmonary resuscitation devices
  • Dynamic change in SCAI shock grade is associated with circulatory mortality post cardiac arrest
  • Predictors of haemorrhagic events in patients with myocardial infarction complicated by cardiogenic shock
  • The predictors in different cardiogenic shock stages under ECMO: PCI strategies or cardiac reserve
  • A two-year evaluation of the BCIS conveyance algorithm for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest
