Summary

A 65-year-old female with a history of atrial fibrillation, LAD PCI (2016), ICD implantation (2016), stroke, and insulin-dependent DM, presented with symptomatic severe secondary mitral regurgitation and poor left ventricular function (LVEF 20%). A single MitraClip was implanted under general anesthesia and TEE guidance.
