This session explores the evolving field of TAVI-in-TAVI interventions, presenting complex cases such as transfemoral TAVI-in-TAVI for degenerated transapical clip-fixed valves in transplanted hearts, management of very late TAVI migration in Bentall de Bono patients, TAVI for degenerated Evolut R valves, stepwise approaches to coronary protection during TAVI-in-TAVI, and hemodynamically successful valve-in-valve-in-valve cases documented by transesophageal echocardiography.
