A 77-year-old male with atrial fibrillation and chronic kidney disease presented with symptomatic severe atrial tricuspid regurgitation.He underwent implantation of two TriClip XTW devices (antero-septal and postero-septal) under general anesthesia, guided by transesophageal echocardiography (TEE).
