This session addresses the identification, prevention, and management of complications arising during left main percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Through detailed case presentations and analyses, it highlights anatomical and procedural risk factors, strategies to anticipate and recognize complications such as stent deformation and coronary perforation, and effective management approaches to improve patient safety.
