Nice Case : But may I suggest that your first stent should have been 2.75 X 32 for LAD 3.5 X 16 for LAD to LMS may be over lapping the stent and POT it with 4 or 4,25 NC. As there was no LMS postal disease this way no need would have been their to come out and thus these complications. One should always keep in mind that we may need to do intervention again and at that stage engaging and wiring may be difficult. -- Just another take home suggestion. As such well done good handling of the complication.
