This year again, you are part of the Jury!

Audience members will be able to qualify participants performance and their abstract’s quality LIVE during sessions through the PCR Courses App. All audience votes will represent the voice of 1 Jury.
 

What is PCR’s Got Talent all about?

This stepwise competition takes place every year during EuroPCR, the World-Leading Course in interventional cardiovascular medicine. It represents an impressive opportunity for young practitioners from all over the world to present their abstracts in front of their colleagues and renowned Faculty. Based on the scientific relevance of presenters’ abstracts, the competition also brings to focus young authors’ presentation skills. In this competition, several presentations are carried out per session, allowing participants in the audience to get acquainted with several topics in a short period of time!

The competition takes place in three rounds:

  • 3 minutes pitch
  • No slides allowed
  • 5 minutes presentation
  • Slides allowed
  • Live discussion with Jury and peers in the audience
  • 8 minutes presentation
  • Slides allowed
  • Live discussion with Jury and peers in the audience

PCR's Got Talent winners

Who are the participants?

  • Young practitioners under 40 years old
  • Participants who have presented only one abstract for the competition
  • Participants who have not accessed to the final round or won the previous editions

 
What does the winner get?

The winner of PCR’s Got Talent is announced during the Awards Ceremony at EuroPCR and is granted with:

  • Abstract presentation on-stage during Closing Ceremony
  • An exclusive invitation to join EuroPCR 2019 as a Guest Faculty
     

Who are the Jury members? 

For each round of the competition a Jury composed of six Guest Faculty, including former PCR's Got Talent awardees, is in charge of judging contestant's work and performance.

An innovative educational format

PCR’s Got Talent goes beyond the regular abstract presentation. This competition requires participants to follow specific guidelines, adjust to short timings and work thoughtfully on their presentation skills as well as on their presentation layout. The presenter's work and performance on-stage are submitted to a vote by the audience, in a convivial atmosphere. Eager to take part in this thrilling educational experience?
