- 12 LIVE Educational cases to provide real-life experience
- 20 simulation based learning sessions, including 9 Hands On sessions, to enhance your expertise, whatever stage you are at in your career
- 18 learning sessions, including 4 with the innovative new “Learning from your case” format, selected from the Call for Submissions
- 9 sessions focusing on NextGen covering TAVI, bifurcation lesions, CTO and much more
- 23 sessions in collaboration with 67 National Societies and Working Groups offering a global perspective on global and local practices
- Michele Pighi Young Investigator Award: this new Award, initiated in remembrance of Dr. Michele Pighi, is exclusive to MD under 40 years old (resident, Fellow, PhD or young cardiologist).
- It will recognise the quality of the submitted abstract and the involvement of the submitter. The abstract must present original data (neither published, nor presented elsewhere) from a single centre/multicentre, retrospective/prospective observational study or randomised clinical trial, in the field of interventional research or care.
- The Michele Pighi Young Investigator Award will be announced during the EuroPCR Course by Prof. F. Ribichini, on behalf of the Division of Cardiology of the University of Verona, Italy and the EuroPCR Board of Directors. This grant (3,000 Euros) will allow the awardee to spend a working visit of 1 week or longer in a European Interventional Centre of her/his choice.
- Personalised Vascular Care Award: Abbott’s multi-year Beyond Intervention initiative is focused on encouraging better vascular care and will support the idea or project that enhances personalised cardiovascular care for patients with a €30,000 award
