WAVE – Women in AV valvEs, a PCR Mentorship Programme
PCR is providing the educational framework for the training and mentorship of the next generation of women leaders in structural heart disease, focusing on mitral and tricuspid valve interventions and advanced imaging.
WAVE is a six-month european mentorship and training programme addressing a key gap in advanced valvular interventions and imaging. Combining mentorship, clinical exposure and dedicated structured educational sessions, it aims to accelerate the development of high-potential physicians and strengthen long-term engagement within the field.
