TAVR in bicuspid aortic valve : Plan A or only Plan B?

A 70-year-old woman with severe symptomatic aortic stenosis, significant proximal LAD disease, recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding, thrombocytopenia and anaemia presents a complex challenge where both valve and coronary disease require treatment. What would be your treatment approach in this high-risk patient?
