Snare technique

Coronary Rotablator complications

There are several techniques typically employed to retrieve a stuck rotablator burr. The snare can be be attempted but not in first attention.

This technique is feasible with a GooseNeck snare. Feed loop of the Goose Neck snare over the shaft of the rota burr and pull.
