Summary

Consult this session to discover the new transcatheter treatment strategies, improve your understanding of the clinical indications for intervention, and appreciate the challenges and limitations of tricuspid valve imaging before and during the intervention.

  • LIVE case: An 81-year-old woman with permanent AF presents a symptomatic torrential TR with right ventricle and atrial dilatation, a torrential TR with mean pulmonary hypertension at 43 mmHg and a large annulus. The Triscore is 8%. The operators decide to implant a Lux valve.
  • Recorded case: A 72-year-old female with permanent atrial fibrillation and CAD (LAD PCI), presents a symptomatic torrential TR with a large annulus. The operators also implant a Lux valve.
