Summary

Although it is still rare, TAV-in-TAV is likely to become more frequent, as TAVI is increasingly implanted in younger patients. Harmonizing data in this area will therefore help to improve outcomes, the quality of which depends on site experience, bearing in mind that for the time being, BEV-in-BEV appears to perform better than non-BEV as index TAV.
