Summary

This session showcases a diverse array of innovative coronary interventions and technologies, including the use of super-saturated oxygen therapy in STEMI, the validation of intracoronary flow velocity measurement, the application of laser and optics-based coronary intravascular lithotripsy, and the development of contrast-free and X-ray-free PCI techniques. Attendees will also learn about the use of deep learning-driven coronary artery segmentation and the evaluation of a coronary sinus reducer device for ischemic heart disease. Through interactive discussions, the session aims to provide interventional cardiologists with insights into the evolving landscape of coronary interventions.

Presentations available when logged in:

  • Super Saturated Oxygen (SSO2) therapy in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction
  • Validation of intracoronary flow velocity measurement with thermoconvection microcatheter
  • Initial experience of laser and optics based coronary intravascular lithotripsy system for treatment of calcified stenoses
  • Percutaneous coronary intervention without contrast medium or X-ray in an experimental model
  • Coronary artery segmentation with angioPy: an open-source, deep learning-driven tool
  • A-FLUX coronary sinus reducer for treating symptomatic ischemic heart disease
  • Hertz contact intravascular lithotripsy: PINNACLE I study primary outcomes
  • First-in-man evaluation of intracoronary cryotherapy for vulnerable plaque stabilisation
