Summary

An 81-year-old woman, with a history of breast cancer surgery, stroke, and lymphoma remission, presented a severe symptomatic aortic stenosis associated with a suspicion of right coronary artery disease on the CT. The operators decided to perform TAVI first and then control the RCA by angiography during the procedure just after the implantation of the valve. They implanted a Navitor valve on a semi-coplanar view, after predilatation with a 22 mm balloon, on local anaesthesia and a second approach by left radial.
