Advanced imaging in tricuspid TEER - LIVE case

How to improve imaging in tricuspid TEER

Procedural Analyst: F. Praz
SHOW MORE

Summary

Watch a LIVE case followed by a recorded case on how to use imaging in tricuspid TEER:

  • A 64-year-old male with a history of CABG and COPD, ICD implantation (2013) mitraclip (2018) and poor LV function (25%), presented a torrential functional tricuspid regurgitation. The operators implanted 2 triclips antero-septal first in order to decrease the imaging artifacts, and a second triclip postero septal, under TEE guidance and general anesthesia.
  • A 75-year-old male, with AF and massive tricuspid regurgitation: Watch the operators implant 2 triclips (antero-spetal and postero septal under fluoroscopy, TEE and ICE guidance).
