Percutaneous intervention for coronary bifurcation lesions and acute for coronary syndrome

Building upon the success of last year's edition, this second dynamic and interactive Seminar was again held in Riyadh. It received high praise from the 72 participants, who learned about the importance of intracoronary imaging in bifurcation lesions, optimising decision-making during complex coronary interventions, and identifying actionable image findings.

Throughout the Seminar, participants engaged in lively discussions and case-based studies, exploring real-life scenarios and gaining practical insights. The facilitators, including Jean Fajadet, Giulio Guagliumi, Mohamed Al Otaibi, Abdullah Alkhushail and Turki Al Garni, encouraged active participation, allowing attendees to share their perspectives and learn from their peer's diverse experiences in a truly collaborative and enriching learning environment.

21-23 April 2023 – Mumbai, India

With an impressive turnout of 500 participants, this event was a remarkable learning experience. The seminar provided, among other things, valuable insights into the indications and technique selection for left main bifurcation PCI and comprehensive knowledge on calcium assessment and the development of appropriate treatment strategies
Ashok Seth and Gunasekaran Sengottuvelu guided the seminar alongside PCR facilitators Maciej Lesiak and Dejan Milasinovic for the two half-day events.
From start to finish, this PCR Seminar was designed to be highly engaging, leaving a lasting impression on the audience. Participants expressed immense satisfaction, stating they thoroughly enjoyed the sessions.

14-15 November 2023 – Warsaw, Poland

During this Seminar, interventional cardiologists received a personalized learning experience on how to manage patients with bifurcation lesions. The sessions were designed to guide participants through a logical reasoning process using interactive case discussions and debates.
One of the many interesting topics was lesion preparation before stenting, which covered intravascular imaging, physiology, and the latest DCB techniques. The Seminar structure included a blend of presentations, collaborative case discussions, and Q&A sessions, making it fun and engaging. By the end of the Seminar, participants left with valuable insights ready to be used in their practice. 16-17 November 2023 – Istanbul, Turkey
With an unrestricted educational grant from Medtronic
Interventional cardiologists gathered in Istanbul to learn about the latest management strategies and treatment approaches for complex procedures. Through interactive case discussions and debates, they were able to learn about the newest techniques and gain a fresh perspective.

The seminar covered topics such as provisional side-branch stenting and two-stent techniques. Participants left with enhanced skills and new tools to tackle tough cases in their practice as well as new connections with peers and experts in the field.
